rag & bone x Oakley 2013 Spring/Summer Frogskins
Oakley’s iconic Frogskins are the subject of the eyewear label’s latest collaboration as it teams

Oakley‘s iconic Frogskins are the subject of the eyewear label’s latest collaboration as it teams up with rag & bone for two pairs of special edition shades. An all-black design is offered alongside a specially created white-based digital camouflage pattern – adapted from rag & bone’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection of menswear – while both styles sport lightweight shock-absorbing O Matter frames, High Definition Optics and glare-reducing UV-protection via Plutonite lenses. “I’ve been wearing Oakleys forever and have always been in love with their Frogskins. In my opinion they are one of the greatest inventions in eyewear ever, so it was really exciting to have the opportunity to work with Oakley – first on the women’s runway show and now on this special collaboration,” said rag & bone’s Marcus Wainwright. Wainwright’s partner-in-crime David Neville added, “For this collaboration, we wanted to create styles that guys and girls alike would love to wear. We chose to create one classic pair and a fun print one, which references our SS 2013 men’s collection.” Retailing for $125 USD and $150 USD respectively, the all-black and camouflage frames will be available beginning July 10 exclusively at rag & bone’s U.S. retail stores and via its web shop.
