Carven 2013 Fall/Winter Collection

Carven is best known for its distinctly Parisian sensibility and style, classic clothing infused with chic twists fitting of a French label. For Fall/Winter 2013, designer Guillaume Henry blurred the lines between business wear and skiwear, creating a collection that’s as ideal for the office as it is for après-ski. Inspired by ’50s silhouettes, you’ll find pieces that reference the flora and fauna of mountain slopes — antler-print sweaters and knits, for instance, or a mountain landscape graphic tee. Taking the outdoors-y theme a step further, meanwhile, is a pair of versatile Mountain Leather Shoes, along with a fir tree-shaped Whistle Key Ring that has us already looking forward to winter.
