Altamont 2013 Peacock Collection

Not the one to shy away from provocative prints, Altamont flaunts its California style in its latest Peacock collection. Understanding that summer lasts all year round for those in the West Coast, the collection consists of a number of thermal-friendly attires like the vest, T-shirt, bucket hat and snapback. Inspired by the rich hues seen on exotic birds, Altamont has adapted the features onto allover print designs — bringing forth odes of aristocracy to the street-ready silhouettes. Using traditional wax-resistant hand dying techniques from Bali, blue and grey hues are obtained in fluid underlying flair.
