Sperry Top-Sider Kicks Off Its "The Sea Project 2013" Initiative

Inspired by maritime experiences and a passion for the sea, Sperry Top-Sider launches “The Sea Project.” Fusing together the realms of fashion and art, Sperry Top-Sider invites budding creatives and sea enthusiasts to share their expressions via an Instagram-led photography contest. All the best images hash-tagged #mypassionforthesea will be curated into a limited edition coffee table book and on exhibit at The Popular Workshop Gallery in San Francisco. Twelve winning entries will receive a prize pack consisting of free pair of Sperry Top-Sider shoes, a copy of the #mypassionforthesea book, T-shirt, and other rare articles. The winning work will be on display September 12-15, 2013 during this year’s prestigious America’s Cup at The Popular Workshop Gallery.
