Poliça featuring Justin Vernon - Tiff

Back in April, Minneapolis electro-pop outfit Poliça premiered their newest single “Tiff.” With assistance from Bon Iver front man Justin Vernon, the song had a haunting atmosphere about it. That vibe is only furthered along with today’s release of the visual interpretation of the song. While shockingly simple in its concept, the video for “Tiff” is an exercise in brutality as the pixie-ish singer Channy Leaneag, in a scene that would fit perfectly into a female version of Fight Club, literally beats and tortures herself into submission. While the gritty clip can be hard to watch, it is certainly worth the four minutes doing so. “Tiff” will appear on the bands newest album, Shulamith, which is expected to drop this fall on Mom & Pop Records
