A week ago, news came out that Top Dawg Entertainment has signed a new member to their movement that has since encompassed the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q and Jay Rock. On the heels of today’s Summer Jam XX, Peter Rosenberg, who also broke the news of the upcoming TDE expansion, might have revealed the identity of the mystery kid by playing a song from an Tennessee artist named Isaiah Rashad, titled “I Shot Ya Down” on Hot 97. As Complex points out, Mikey Fresh, a writer for Miss Info and Vibe, indicated that Isaiah Rashad is signed to TDE, by sending out following tweet that has since been deleted:
“Rosenberg is playing TDE’s new artist Isaiah Rashad “I Shot Ya Down” right now.”
In addition, Power 106 LA’s own Rikki Martinez has announced Isaiah Rashad is indeed the latest member of the TDE familia.
