Parisian luxury boutique colette and Sunpocket have teamed to produce a special pair of foldable shades. Sunpocket began in France in the late ’70s before finding greater popularity in Europe in the 1980s, and was re-launched by Swedish entrepreneur Jacon Höglund in 2011. That legacy of functionality and style appears here as a pair of foldable unisex sunglasses based on the classic Sunpocket II model. The frame is given a colette blue treatment while the lenses are similarly tinted. The momentous nature of the collaboration is marked by colette’s logo appearing on the right side of the frame, and Sunpocket’s on the left. Included with the limited-edition package are a special booklet and slip, and drawstring carrying bag. The sunglasses will be released on June 10, and will be available exclusively at the colette store and online.
