The Book Vase by YOY Design Studio

Pairing paper pages with leaves of a different variety, the Book Vase by Japanese design studio YOY is a surefire way to add a bit of life to any given library. The vase is composed of a PMMA – a transparent plastic glass alternative – as well as PVC to prevent leakage, and as such can brilliantly house a number of small plants within its body. When closed, the space-saving case appears as a small book entitled “The Life of Plants” – a cheeky touch by YOY.
