Jack Wilshere Introduces Nike's First England Home Kit
After bearing the iconic diamond logo from Umbro for many years, Nike recently took over the reins
After bearing the iconic diamond logo from Umbro for many years, Nike recently took over the reins as the soccer kit sponsor of the English National Team. England enters an important era in not only kit sponsor but also the celebration of its 150-year legacy as an organization. To help launch the new shirt, Arsenal’s midfield maestro Jack Wilshere made a return to his hold boyhood grounds as he awarded a once in a lifetime opportunity to a deserving player to be the very first person to wear the shirt publicly. Wilshere shared with his thoughts on the importance of putting on the England kit and his initial dreams of one day playing for the national team. Soft-spoken off the pitch, he also delves into the differences between club and country as well as some of the important upcoming tests.
