Aaron De La Cruz x LOOK/SEE Sunglasses

Releasing today is the LOOK/SEE Artist series, done together with San Francisco artist Aaron De La Cruz. Taking LOOK/SEE’s handmade graphite-colored acetate frame, De La Cruz’s signature graphic is laser-etched onto the frames which, combined with the tinted polarized lenses, results in a subtle and balanced tonality. A highly personal piece, the frames are detailed with two blue dots on the inside of the temple ends for Aaron’s newborn twin sons who both share the middle name “Azul,” while the 5/3 release date is a tribute to his father who was born in ‘53.

Priced at $75 USD for each of the 100 pairs produced, they are now available for purchase over at LOOK/SEE’s online store with proceeds going toward the Urban Arts Partnership – a New York City-based initiative that seeks to develop arts education in urban youth.
