Porsche unveils the newest addition to the 911 family, the racetrack-ready 2013 edition of the RSR. Immediately striking about the new model is the prominence of the number ‘50’ at the top, which signifies 50 years of Porsche’s most iconic model. The body has undergone an increased wheelbase and has also reconsidered materials; the 911 RSR makes heavy use of carbon fiber and polycarbonate windows to make the car more nimble. Under the hood rests a 4.0-liter, six-cylinder, 460-horsepower engine, which should be well suited to compete in the World Endurance Championship later this year.
