Nike Basketball 2013 Easter Footwear Collection

In anticipation of 2013’s Easter Sunday on March 31, Nike Basketball has unveiled its collection of Easter-inspired footwear for flagship athletes LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant. Opting for pastel colorways and taking cues from the Easter tradition of dyeing and decorating eggs, the collection marks the debut of King James’s new LeBron X Low – a low-top iteration of the reigning MVP’s 10th anniversary signature complete with a Hyperfuse upper, exposed Dynamic Flywire, a 360 Max Air unit, and included here in a predominately mint green makeup. Joining the LeBron X is the Kobe 8 System, which includes graphic patterning and a combination of green, yellow and purple across its Engineered Mesh upper. Rounding out the trio is Kevin Durant’s KD V, opting for a blue Hyperfuse upper alongside contrasting white and orange accents and multicolored paint patterns on the Swoosh and visible Max Air unit. The entirety of Nike Basketball’s 2013 Easter footwear will hit select retailers on March 29.
