Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6

Mercedes-Benz‘s uber SUV, the G63 AMG, is set to get some new shoes this year as the German automaker has announced a 6×6 version will be made available to the public. Previously reserved for military use, the 6×6 features a pickup-style body with a spacious cargo bed and a four-door, full-size cab. In spite of its impressive size and weight, the car boasts a 0-60 mph time of less than six seconds thanks to the 536 horsepower V8 engine and 7G-tronic seven speed gearbox. The company plans to build just 20 to 30 vehicles a year so expect a lengthy waiting list. No word on pricing yet but it’s probably a safe bet to place this in the “if you have to ask, you can’t afford it” category.
