Kid CuDi - Immortal

Hip-hop wonder-boy Kid CuDi delivers another propelling track which reflects his affinity for sensual productions outside of the hip-hop realm. “Immortal” is a self-produced lullaby which lends samples from MGMT’s “Congratulations.” Stepping away from a customary rhyme deliverance, CuDi toys with sincere falsetto over a rapturous half-beat clap – the result is a self-deprecating piece which veers off to desolate, reflective paths. No news as to whether ”Immortal” will be featured on Kid CuDi’s forthcoming album Indicud due April 23, but what you can bank on is that Kendrick Lamar, Pusha T, Too $hort and King Chip will make guest appearances on the LP.
