Twitter Working on New “Edit” Feature for Tweets

Journalism and social media publication The Desk is reporting that Twitter is currently working on a new feature that would allow users to edit their tweets after publishing. According to The Desk’s sources, the feature would be available for each tweet only for a limited time and would only allow for minor edits such as the removal of word or the correction of a typo. Edits would only be allowed once per tweet, and the edited tweet would be immediately visible on the user’s feed. While Twitter has yet to officially confirm this, it’s certainly a feature that many would appreciate. Stay tuned for more on Twitter.
