This week, the Esquire Network’s Baron Davis-hosted style program How I Rock It will provide a rare inside look at Nike‘s storied Innovation Kitchen thanks to none other than legendary designer Tinker Hatfield. Here, in a brief preview of the episode, Hatfield touches on his role as the Vice President of Design & Special Projects at the sportswear giant – a fancy way of saying he gets to design whatever he wants – and provides a look inside the Innovation Kitchen, its extensive archives, and one of his first-ever designs.
