fragment design x Nike SB Koston One 2013 Holiday Collection

Earlier this year, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design surprised both the skate world and his own loyal following by unveiling a collaborative collection with Nike SB. The successful collaboration saw both Eric Koston and Stefan Janoski’s first signature shoes outfitted in special collaborative colorways, executed with skate-ready suede as well as soft canvas. Ending the year strong, the two brands resume their relationship to consider the Nike SB Koston One yet again, this time experimenting with supple leather around the upper. Offered in both black and white colorways, these slick renditions are accented with tasteful blue and white highlights around the collar and tongue. Other details include a perforated Swoosh and subtle fragment design logo hits at the heel counter. Striking a fine balance between performance and casual wear, look for both colorways on the Overdope store for about $108 USD.
