Earlier this week, Los Angeles-based brand CLSC teamed up with local burger establishment – and proud owners of the award for the #1 Zagat-rated burger two-years running – The Golden State to stage a collaborative five-hour takeover event. Dubbed “CLSC BBQ BURGER,” the rare occasion included everything from collaborative tees and snapbacks to framed 24”x24” prints of CLSC owner Josh Vides’s infamous ketchup art – each shot by LA-based photographer Van Styles. However, the hallmark of the event no doubt was the offering of a specialized burger – the only menu item for the event and one that paired Harris Ranch beef with aged white cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, BBQ sauce and house-made onion rings, all on a brioche bun. The mouth-watering “CLSC BBQ BURGER” event kicked off at 5 p.m. on December 16 and, while you may have missed out on the blink-and-it’s-over pop-up, you can catch a full recap above.
