San Francisco-based apparel and accessories manufacturer Mission Workshop has released a seasonally apt chino that incorporates a minimalist yet functional design aesthetic. This pair of pants is constructed from Swiss-made Schoeller®-Dryskin fabric equipped with Nanosphere® water-repellent treatment to keep the pesky fall/winter drizzle from soaking in. In addition to being extremely breathable, this rugged four-way stretch nylon fabric is wind-resistant. Standout details include a zip-up thigh pocket and tonal stitching that provides an added level of reinforcement around the pocket and seams. The Division Chino comes in two colors — stone gray and field tan – and retails for $225 USD over at Mission Workshop’s online store, which includes a “try it on free” service.
