adidas Snowboarding Welcomes Keegan Valaika

Continuing its admittedly engaging Welcome documentary series, here adidas’ snowboarding contingency turns to explore the life of Keegan Valaika. The California native speaks on his unorthodox approach to street style, which integrates not only the mountains, but also skateboarding, visual art and music. Essentially raised on the slopes, Valaika was once considered a child prodigy, but his strong sense of independence led him to shy away from the spotlight. With several parts produced during a partnership with Burton, Valaika is now poised to return to the scene and make a unique imprint on snowboarding. Enjoy the video above.
