Retailer Urban Outfitters has just leased the former site of Waterloo Gardens in Devon, Pennsylvania to build a future town center. Devon Yard, as the retail village will be called, touts itself as being the ultimate lifestyle experience and will host many of the brand’s in-house labels such as Anthropologie. If that wasn’t enough, the town will also have mid-level and fine dining restaurants, a five-story boutique hotel called The Devon Inn, and a Terrain garden center. The company is also planning to sublease two buildings to said restaurants, a wellness facility, exercise studio, and a specialty foods store.
