Three key players of New York City came together as artist Pixote teamed up with SHUT NYC and Fool’s Gold on a limited range of skateboard decks. The decks are delivered as a part of Fool’s Gold Artist Series, which previously has featured the likes of the IRAK Crew and Grotesk. Pixote outfitted two decks with custom designs – a complex, winding snake and a large pyramid – staying true to the culture that helped to shape his style. Production of the pyramid deck was limited to 30 pieces, while production of the snake was limited to 50. The pieces will retail at about $75 USD and $90 USD respectively, and will be available at the Fool’s Gold Artist Series in Brooklyn, New York at the October 3 event.
