Well before his Milkcrate Athletics clothing brand became a streetwear mainstay, Aaron LaCrate shaped his creative mind through the art of music. At a young age the Baltimore native could’ve been seen DJing parties around his city, producing mixtapes and interning at Def Jam Records – where he helped bring Jay Z’s classic Reasonable Doubt album into fruition. Since then, he’s blossomed into a well-rounded producer/DJ collaborating with everyone from Madonna to Kanye West and even Activision’s DJ Hero. With that preamble, it should come as no surprise that Beats by Dre has asked LaCrate and his brand to create a limited edition pair of Studio Beats Headphones. Showing an orange base with a standard camouflage print, these headphones are built with active noise cancellation and RemoteTalk. Unfortunately, this is a super rare release with just 30 units being issued worldwide.
