There is little doubt that 2013 has brought us some fresh and raw new talent to the music scene. From now on, you can add Swedish artist Mapei to this list. The former rapper has linked her singing abilities with producer Magnus Lidehall, who has worked with the likes of Sky Ferreira, Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears. The result? The “21st-century gospel/doo-wop” tune “Don’t Wait” which will easily put the Rhode Island-born and Stockholm-raised singer on your radar.
