Apolis "Middle East Project" Documentary Trailer

Los Angeles-based clothier Apolis has always stressed ethical, human stories behind all of their pieces. One of the brand’s most popular items is the Co-Op Leather Sandal, a handcrafted piece that comes from Apolis’ partners in Israel. Exploring deeper though, the sandal is actually the product of a collaborative endeavor between a third-generation shoemaker in Tel-Aviv and a manufacturing partner in Hebron, a Palestinian city. While this may ostensibly seem like a tense situation between countries, a firm, universal friendship seems to be found during this special production process.
