Noted as one of the most highly anticipated projects of 2013, Daft Punk‘s Random Access Memories is back again and getting the deluxe treatment, with its rework as a collector’s-item box set. Wrapped in a gold-foil stamped box, the set will include the whole album on a 180 gram double vinyl, a 56-page hardcover image book, a complete artwork bookset, as well as album credits and lyric sheets. Also in the box will be matte-finish robot helmet design posters, a set of robot helmet schematics, a 70mm motion picture film strip with cuts from the iconic “Lose Yourself to Dance” music video, a 10” collector’s vinyl containing an extended interview with Giorgio Moroder, and finally, a pair of gold and silver plated USB drive with the complete Random Access Memories track listing and a full series of HD music videos, television campaigns and promotions. Priced at $275 USD, the Daft Punk Deluxe Box Set is set to become available in December, and can be pre-ordered here.
