The heavy-hitting ICECREAM skate team took to the sidewalks of Chicago and Miami for a brief U.S. tour, producing a clip with footage of the new team. The ICECREAM skate program was rather quiet for a couple of years, but after a brief hiatus has brought a refreshing approach to a highly saturated market. Recruiting young guns such as Andre Beverley and Stephan Martinez, the team rampaged some famed (and lesser known) spots in both cities–all set to an unreleased Pharrell beat. Especially notable here is Chicago native Emmet Duffy, who displays a casual regard for flips out of long nosegrind combos and recalls a young Reese Forbes in the ollie capacity department. Altogether the clip presents a strong case for the Pharrell-approved ICECREAM team and signals the potential for more greatness to develop over the new year. Enjoy.
