For Spring/Summer 2013, Still Good designer Clément Taverniti found his inspiration in the work of American artist Barnett Newman. Newman’s pure — and often hard-edged — use of color fields is referenced throughout the “MOMENT NOW” collection in color-blocked shirts, trunks and tees, while nautical influences appear on Breton-striped jacket linings and horizontally-striped button-downs. This being a Still Good collection, however, the French label’s signature street elements appear elsewhere in the form of graphic tees, lightweight jackets and hoodies, each colored in neutral hues that should serve one well both at the beach and in the city. Look for the collection to release at select stockists – including our online store — in the coming weeks.
