Nike Air Max Cage

Nike Tennis introduces its new Air Max Cage, available in blue and purple colorways. The first shoe to feature the new Drag-On Cage system, the shoe’s upper features a highly breathable mesh upper that is layered with a material perforated with plus-shaped holes of different sizes to provide varying levels of flexibility and support depending on their location.

Other comfort and safety enhancing features include a padded, wrapped tongue and articulated eyestays to reduce irritation, as well as a large TPU midfoot shank to stabilize against aggressive start-and-stop motions. Despite its lightweight 13.2-ounce weight, the shoe is durable with an XDR outsole and internal “wear shelf” designed thickets at the toe and ball of the foot. And of course as the name suggests, the shoe features a neon green Air Max unit in the heel for impact reduction and comfort. Look for the shoe soon at Nike.
