A few weeks back, we offered you a glimpse of things to come from the thematically heavy Kenzo Fall 2013 collection, and the ad campaign for Carol Lim and Humberto Leon’s spring/summer collection features just as much presence. However, unlike the more sublime and subdued nature of its colder weather offerings, the two designers usher in the longer and brighter days with a colorful feast for the eyes.
Inviting the help of artist Jean-Paul Goude, the shots feature models Ming Xi and Jester sporting some very engaging animal-patterned shorts, capris, blazers, jackets and accessories against a simple red backdrop. Expect more details of other items in the collection in the months ahead leading up to its release.
