Vanity Fair has teamed up Cadillac in presenting “Art in the Streets 2012,” an exclusive commissioned mural by renowned street artist Barry McGee. McGee — formerly known as TWIST in graffiti circles – has transformed the side of Mark Morris Dance Center into a graphically indulgent art piece. Helmed in conjunction with Jason Schmidt, the clip provides behind-the-scene footage on the makeover and the final silhouette overlooking the Brooklyn landscape — a fusion of mosaic patterns, illustrations and stylistic typography incorporating McGee aliases Ray Fong, Lydia Fong, Robbie Pimple and Bernon Vernon.
