Featured as a part of the Belgian designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, Ann Demeulemeester presents a brand new trench coat for the transitional weather ahead. Crafted of a ramie rayon-viscose blend and featuring a classic collar with double placket extension, the piece boasts an asymmetrically-fastened placket with five black buttons that are mirrored on the left-hand side of the coat. Also offering waist-belt fastening and the appearance of two belt loops, the lined coat features two pockets with flap closures as an additional buttoned pocket appears at the interior. Ann Demeulemeester’s take on the classic trench coat for Spring/Summer 2013 is now available via the label’s Hong Kong flagship for $14,999 HKD (approximately $1,935 USD).
