Nixon The 51-30 "Rubber" & "Tide"

Although Nixon has expanded its offering to encompass everything from apparel and bags to headphones and sportswear gear, the label always seems to shine within its timepiece segment. After the Southern California lifestyle outfitter gave us a glimpse into its military-geared “The Rover” releases, today brings a glimpse into two of its tonal grey-on-grey releases via the slightly oversized The 51-30. Branded as the “Rubber” and the “Tide,” the aptly titled pair of watches boast a similarly subdued grey tonal aesthetic, while the Rubber features a solid rubber construction, metal hardware and hits of contrasting orange hues. The “Tide” sees a unique gunmetal construction with a complementary muted grey face as well as hits of orange and glow through the hour and minutes hands and notches.
