The past week has been a whirlwind of activity surrounding the new home of the Brooklyn Nets, an entity partially owned by hip-hop mogul Jay-Z. In addition to the christening of the new Barclays Center tonight to a sold-out crown, the team’s jersey was unveiled. Cast in a clean black color with a simple font logo across the chest and herringbone tape across the sides, the herringbone pay homage to the same design on the court of the Barclays Center. The jerseys are available now at the NBA Store while a small capsule of an on- and off-court apparel was also created with adidas.
