Japanese fashion magazine SENSE continues to reach beyond the realms of simply being a publication and into the clothing world with the release of the 2012 fall/winter BLACK SENSE MARKET. The big names that will be involved this year include roar, WACKO MARIA, Hysteric Glamour and FACTOTUM, with Kazuyuki Kumagai’s ATTACHMENT also featured. As with all other previous releases and as the name suggests, black is the overpowering color chosen for the collection with just a few subtle hints of gray and white thrown in for balance and to help emphasize certain design points. Every season at least one item stands out from the crowd as the “must have” piece, and this season it looks to be WACKO MARIA’s turn with its beautifully crafted studded leather jacket. Made from a supple horsehide, the jacket has an all-over metal star stud motif. The 2012 fall/winter BLACK SENSE MARKET collection will be ready to order via the BLACK SENSE MARKET website from September 14 onwards. As with last season, international shipping will be available.
