Renowned Los Angeles retailer Union recently got together with hometown brand U.S. Alteration on a collection of reworked vintage military and Americana garments. From jackets to Converse sneakers, the collection boasts the elite, streetwear-inspired sense of style we’ve come to expect from Union and the reputation for quality which has made U.S. Alteration a success. Los Angeles itself is known as perhaps the best city in the world for vintage shopping, ensuring that the pieces sourced for this collection are both authentic and built to last. Details on the “new vintage” pieces include the additions of dyes and sewn-on details like new buttons, camouflage collars and pins. In celebration of this release, Union is set to open a pop-up shop that exclusively sells the “OVER-DIE” collection. The shop will be open August 24, 25 and 26, and will occupy a space at their current storefront on La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, California.
