European hotspot Civilist Berlin has linked up with British footwear label Pointer to produce a
European hotspot Civilist Berlin has linked up with British footwear label Pointer to produce a collaborative capsule collection for Fall 2012. Inspired by the British Infantry Brigade that occupied Berlin following WWII, the collection makes use of the brigade’s urban camouflage pattern and signature insignia, “The Asshole” – a circular red logo symbolizing the Russian Army surrounding Berlin. Featuring two new takes on Pointer’s Cyril and Benson silhouettes, the footwear sees waxed black suede construction with crepe soles and camouflage lining. Joining the shoes is an urban camouflage pocket T-shirt as well as a camo-lined black British parka. Complete with replica “Asshole” pins, all four pieces are now available exclusively from Civilist Berlin and Pointer’s Berlin storefront.
