Ellie Goulding featuring Tinie Tempah - Hanging On

Ellie Goulding unveils a new track on her Twitter account today titled “Hanging On” featuring fellow Brit Tinie Tempah. Tweeting “Here’s the beginning of my new journey. Enjoy and share responsibly,” the vocalist from Hereford, England once again showcases her soprano range over a production that slowly builds up from harps into a drop that has soft dubstep-like wobbles. London rapper Tinie Tempah assumes control in the latter third laying down a sincere verse that complements Ellie’s words. The track is set to feature on Ellie Goulding’s as yet untitled sophomore LP and is a cover of Active Child’s 2011 track of the same name. Listen to the track below.
