Another signature spooky visual arrives from Sigur Rós in the form of “Varúð,” which comes off their Valtari LP. The clip is a single shot of a beautiful mountainous landscape, which goes through a subtle spectrum of seasons and dispositions. The video is part of the band’s “Mystery Film Experiment” series from 12 different directors including John Cameron Mitchell, Ryan McGinley, Ramin Bahrani and more. “Varúð” was directed by Ingibjörg Birgisdóttir, who also created the cover of Valtari.
