American workwear brand Carhartt continues its run of collaborations with big-name Japanese labels with this latest release created in conjunction with eYe COMME des GARCONS JUNYA WATANABE MAN. Looking to embrace Carhartt’s working roots, a carpenter pant model has been decided on, with Junya Watanabe adding his own unique touches to give them that “eYe” feeling. Corduroy has been chosen as the base material with the back pockets being replaced by smooth leather patched versions. Golden buttons and rivets contrast nicely against the dark, earthy color palette. Due for release soon, the eYe COMME des GARCONS JUNYA WATANABE MAN x Carhartt Carpenter Pants have been given a Japanese retail price of ¥39,900 JPY (approximately $505 USD).
