Compared to several other particular selections from Yohji Yamamoto’s fall/winter Y-3 offerings, the Nomad Star Low looks downright conservative. At a glance, the Nomad Star Low is less ‘sneaker exotica’ and more of a traditional, stripped-down classic adidas profile – like the recently announced Nomad Star minus ankle cover – complete with baroque scoops and adidas’ subtle three-stripe branding.
