Todd Selby is set to release his latest book, a second installment to the aptly titled, Edible Selby. The book, which is slated to begin shipping October 1, 2012, sees Selby focusing in on 40 of the most notable and creative individuals who work within the vast realm of culinary arts. In typical Selby fashion, each profile is paired with a watercolor illustration, hand-colored questionnaire as well as a signature recipe from each of the personas.
