Saucony has dug deep into the archives on this new Grid 9000 re-issue collaboration with New Jersey’s Packer Shoes — a longtime footwear outfitter since 1907. The Grid 9000 is one of the many venerable styles within the Saucony stable, dating back to the early ’90s as a rugged trail shoe. This subtly branded re-issue sees some of the same color swatches being used mocked up in an amalgam of suede, ripstop, nylon and leather panels. Online sneaker boutique Crooked Tongues is expecting the shoes on June 1.
