Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Diver in Forged Carbon

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet has just announced the official release of a super lightweight forged carbon fiber version of their classic Royal Oak Offshore dive watch. Having already seen a storied history of experimenting with premium metals including carbon in the past, the latest offering is an affirmation of company’s testament to innovative quality. Differing from woven automotive and aeronautic applications, forged carbon fiber is compressed under heat which results in a uniquely marbled effect making it perfect for watch casings. Even with this special case, the Forged Carbon ROO Diver retains all of the signature features and depth resistance of its traditional metal siblings.
