Last Friday, the music world stood still for a minute after learning from the sad death of Adam “MCA” Yauch, a founding member of the pioneering rap band Beastie Boys, at the age of 47 after a nearly three-year battle with cancer. Expectedly, numerous tributes dedicated to the iconic rhymesayer have found their way to the internet.
