In exploring style, design and street culture via a series of forums and side-shows, the Carbon Festival in Australia has become a global source of inspiration and motivation for contemporary creatives in a wide range of fields. Having wrapped up its second year of events just last week, Carbon held forums touching on topics ranging from the change in our media landscape, the commerce of creativity and social media’s over-saturation of film and photography, with guest speakers including Mega of Black Scale, artist Chaz Bojorquez, photographer 13th Witness and HYPEBEAST’s own Eugene Kan to name a few. Shining some light on the three-day event, ACCLAIM Magazine put together this video that captures everything from the dance parties and cookouts to the forums and art exhibits.
