It has become almost a tradition for recording artists to pay BBC Radio 1 a visit at the prestigious Maida Vale studios in London. Santigold certainly marked no exception during her recent trip to UK and turned in a great live session. One of the songs from her performance was an impressive cover of Creedance Clearwater Revival’s 1969 classic “Proud Mary.” Zane Lowe just premiered this rendition on his BBC Radio 1 show, so listen to the radio rip of that cut below.
