Arriving only a few days after the release of the Spring/Summer 2012 Royal Lo in Sport Red, PRO-Keds unveils its latest Royal Hi Black. Retaining much of its original identity as a 1940s basketball staple silhouette, the Royal Hi is mocked up in a black canvas upper and set atop a pure white rubber outsole. Contrasting white laces and stitching reside well alongside brushed metal eyelets and an off-white canvas interior lining. PRO-Keds customary “powerstripes” are embellished across the outer midsole while branding is seen elsewhere on the upper outside ankle with a circular PRO-Keds screen hit. The Royal Hi Black is now available through the PRO-Keds online store for a retail of $55 USD.
