“Soft but constructed, minimal but bold.” PATH is the latest menswear label from German fashion designer, Janine Grosche, launched in 2010 and based in Beijing, China. Transcending the line between avant-garde and wearable menswear, the emerging brand offers a look at its 2012 spring/summer collection titled, “Ideal Disorder.” A seasonal range that plays with proportions presenting contemporary remakes of classic shapes and clean lines, “Ideal Disorder” seems to also take note from the androgynous styles of ’80s rock stars. A collection that includes dropped crotch pants, cropped legs, sheer shirting, draped suiting and monochromatic tones that transform to eye-popping bursts of golden-yellow, PATH’s 2012 seasonal range will hit select stockists soon.
