Tom Dixon Etch Web Light Display

British designer Tom Dixon has developed the Etch Web Light Display to be showcased at Museo Nazionale Della Scienza e Della Tecnologia’s MOST Design Festival for Milan Design Week 2012. The collection of lamps, lights and shades are abstract in nature – utilizing rigged cuts and shapes so that there’s an interplay between natural lightning conditions and the bulb. The pentagonal pattern is repeated throughout the piece which creates a light source that is sure to spark many conversations.
